I hope you're well and have had a good month. July is my birthday month, so I've enjoyed some special family time (largely submitting to the whims and wishes of nieces and nephews!).

I also enjoyed popping down to London for the Diamond League; delivering a technique workshop to 50 keen athletes, coaches and parents at the Watford BMC Grand Prix (see below for one coming up at Trafford on Sat 9th Aug); and joining my boyfriend on a training camp in Spain as he prepares his athletes for the trials. Nice to play cheerleader rather than protagonist these days!
