Mine has been rather wonderful with a very fun trip to the Lakes for the Wild Goat Festival to deliver some kid's Wild Athletics, and more galivanting around the country for my Race with Grace workshops. So great to connect with so many lovely runners from world record holders (Crammy and Radcliffe) to toddlers!
Just recently I've had an influx of interest in doing a more performance-based camp in Kenya (as well as the 'Giving Back' one). I'm currently scoping interest for this from 8th-22nd Dec. If it appeals. it would be great if you could tick as such on this form (which is also scoping interest for camps in Gran Canaria and the Peak District!).

This book is exceptional. I've long heard about the power of the breath to transform your health and wellbeing, and have dabbled with various techniques over the years. But never enough to warrant waxing lyrical. Whilst still in the 'scratching the surface' stage, this book has given me the information and inspiration to take it to the next level. Starting with taping my mouth shut at night! (This has definitely improved my sleep quality and recovery).
