Hello Reader,

I hope you're well and having a good start to the track season! (Or whatever surface is your tipple ;-)). I've personally loved following the results from my Gracefull Girls, as well as the Diamond Leagues (the Prefontaine Classic this weekend is set to be a corker, hey?!). And I'm also very much looking forward to the first of our BMC Grand Prixs this weekend! (The women's 8 is going to be awesomeee!)

Back at the ranch, my workshops continue afoot. The first of my 'Unlock Your Stride' sessions went really well. It was so rewarding to help people identify 'clues' as to strength and mobility issues predisposing them to injuries (spoiler alert: the injured area was not the problem area!). I'm doing an online version of it this Friday 24th 6:30pm... Welcome!

I've booked in three more 'Race with Grace' (technique, nutrition and mindset) workshops with athletics clubs too. More dates are listed in the Circle section below. Welcome again!

Finally, I am realllyyyy looking forward to The Wild Goat Festival in the Lakes the 31st May-2nd June. It's a new event set up by the lovely Steve Cram, who's invited lots of his mates (e.g. Paula Radcliffe) for a weekend of trail running and gravel biking. They've started small, so there's a good chance of schmoozing with legends if you fancy it!
