I've been on the road again, delivering a technique workshop in Trafford (got another coming up in Huddersfield), 3 days of 'Wild Athletics' at Chatsworth House and now back to St Moritz working alongside Tokyo-bound athletes. So wonderful to catch up with fellow Hallamshire Harriers Calli Hauger-Thackery and her Dad - both legends of the club!

I'm also excited to have announced the dates for my Peak Technique Retreat (Oct 24th-26th). And I'll finish the month off with a webinar tomorrow 6:30pm GMT about 'What I wish I'd known from the start'. Be great to have you there! (Or catch up with the recording I email out afterwards...)

Those aforementioned Tokyo-bound athletes are due to face some hot and humid conditions out at the World Champs in a few weeks time. Many have been training in heat chambers and/or sitting in hottt baths. The stats below speak for themselves! Now lets hope the athletes can let their legs do the talking!
